Victoria of Many Faces is officially returning for Season 2, with Kadokawa also confirming a brand-new special episode for the anime. The announcement arrived immediately after the first season concluded in Japan, giving fans more of Victoria, Nonna and Jeffrey to look forward to.
The renewal was confirmed on September 1, 2026, following the broadcast of the anime’s ninth episode. Crunchyroll reports that neither the second season nor the special currently has a release date, although a new promotional visual featuring the central trio accompanied the announcement.
Victoria of Many Faces Will Continue Victoria’s Story
The first season of Victoria of Many Faces, also known by its Japanese title Tefuda ga Oome no Victoria, premiered on July 7 and followed Victoria, a former intelligence operative attempting to leave her dangerous past behind. After abandoning her previous identity, she seeks an ordinary life in the Kingdom of Ashberry, but her exceptional skills continue to draw her into situations she cannot easily escape.
Her new life also brings her closer to Nonna and Jeffrey Asher, with the three characters gradually developing into an unconventional family. The newly revealed Season 2 visual places Victoria, Nonna and Jeffrey together, reinforcing that their relationship will remain central to the continuing story.
Studio DEEN handled the animation for the first season, with Nobukage Kimura directing, Naohiro Fukushima overseeing series composition and Mina Ōsawa working on character designs. Chika Anzai voices Victoria, while Shion Wakayama plays Nonna and Yōhei Azakami voices Jeffrey Asher.
The anime adapts Syuu’s light novel series, illustrated by Nanna Fujimi and published by Kadokawa under its MF Books imprint. A manga adaptation by Komo Ushino is also ongoing, giving the franchise multiple formats through which its story can continue.
Before Season 2 arrives, viewers in Japan will get another look at the first season through a recap episode. The special broadcast is scheduled for September 8 and will revisit the major developments involving Victoria, Nonna and Jeffrey.
No release window has been announced for Victoria of Many Faces Season 2 or the new special episode. For now, the confirmation itself ensures that Victoria’s story will continue beyond the first season’s nine-episode run.
