The Laid-Back Camp Season 4 anime has confirmed its April 2027 premiere window with the release of a new main trailer and promotional visual. The latest update from the official anime website also gives fans their first preview of three theme songs, while highlighting the return of Nadeshiko Kagamihara, Rin Shima, and the rest of the Outdoor Activities Club.
The trailer focuses on the characters’ lives after moving up a school year, including their plans to recruit new members. It also introduces more scenes featuring first-year students Ema Mizunami and Mei Nakatsugawa, who are joining the familiar group for its next camping adventures. The announcement was published on November 6 through the official Laid-Back Camp website.
Season 4 Trailer Features Three Theme Songs
The new promotional video previews music from three artists. Asaka performs the opening theme, “Brand New.”, while Eri Sasaki returns with the ending song “Happa no Tegami”, translated as “Leaf Letter.” The band Kiminone performs “Tonari ni Ireba”, the series theme song.
The accompanying main visual brings eight characters together at a campsite, including Nadeshiko, Rin, Ema, and Mei. The new students’ expanded presence suggests that their relationships with the returning characters will be an important part of the upcoming season.
Shin Tosaka returns as director after leading the third season, but the production studio is changing. FuRyu Pictures will animate Season 4, replacing 8-Bit, which handled the previous installment.
Pierre Sugiura also returns to oversee the series composition, while Ryūta Ura takes over character design from Hisanori Hashimoto. Akiyuki Tateyama returns to compose the music, and Takeshi Takadera continues as sound director. These details were confirmed through the official staff and cast information.

The returning cast includes Yumiri Hanamori as Nadeshiko, Nao Tōyama as Rin, Sayuri Hara as Chiaki, Aki Toyosaki as Aoi, and Rie Takahashi as Ena. Tomoyo Kurosawa also returns as Ayano, alongside Maria Sashide as Ema and Kokoa Amano as Mei.
